This machine use the double-screw roller feeding system

Features:

This machine use the double-screw roller feeding system, the special cantilever roller design then increase the flexible of the equipment, discharge and clean easily. Only use one hour to complete the whole clean working, discharge the machine without and special tool. Provide several motor speed and the roller pressure to satisfied the user’s requirement. Users can choose the different structure according to the vary product feature, meanwhile can setting with the wall-through design, reduce the working area and the possible of pollution.

Working principle:

By mixing the powder then use the special feeding machine(pneumatic feeding and the mechanism feeding )can feed the material to the top nozzle, there is a scale on both of the top and bottom of the feeding container, can charge material automatically according to the difference of the feeding weight. Via a transverse screw feeding vane pushes material to another lengthways vane and roll them to the bottom roller. For the different of the diameter and rotate speed of the two vanes, powders and the material will become advance extrusion, if the air can’t be expect efficiently then it’s will appear the broken circumstance. We have the vacuum elimination system to solve this problem. In some examples it can enhance 4-5 times of the production, increase 40% press efficiency. The dropping pieces can be granulate to the required size via the second degree or multi-degree granulator machine. The output granules enter the underside filter machine and filter the eligible ones, the bad ones will re-enter the feeding container to granulate by the automatic feeding system. The whole process can be control by the PLC man-machine interface, achieve the closed production.
